Join a Growing Team in Ballarat

We're currently looking for an experienced 5T Combo Operator to join our team.

This is a hands-on position involving machinery operation, truck and trailer work, site setouts, excavation and general site duties.

The role includes:

- Operating a 5T excavator and skid steer

- Completing site cuts and detailed excavation

- Setting out jobs from construction plans

- Preparing bases, footings and pier holes

- Loading and transporting machinery using truck and trailer combinations

- Completing trimming, grading and general earthworks

- Assisting with manual site preparation and concrete pours when required

- Cleaning and maintaining machinery, trucks and equipment

What we're looking for:

Valid HC truck licence

Experience driving non-synchromesh heavy vehicles

Excavator and skid-steer tickets

Experience loading, securing and transporting machinery

Site setout and detailed excavation experience

Ability to read plans and establish accurate levels

Willingness to complete manual work and help the crew

Strong attention to detail

Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
